Just bought 9 KK doughnuts from Tesco Beckton, London. All are stale. Called Customer Service they weren't really interested. Not going back there soon, so just warning anyone out there so that they aren't disappointed.

We submitted an order online for click and collect, the order was for a wedding. We did not receive any confirmation email. When I contacted their helpline they were very unhelpful and refused to speak to someone unless the exact person making the order contacted them. I would advise caution when making a click and collect order because if you make any mistakes in the order details you may not be able to get any information about it or cancel or change the order.
